+ University degree in Logistics or Supply Chain will be considered an asset
+ Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain will be considered an asset 
+ Excellent knowledge of the English language
+ Excellent knowledge of MS office and computer literate
+ Very good communication skills both written and oral

+ Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.

+ Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.

+ Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
