What you'll do
- Coordinate global Pricing governance activities and maintain SOPs and documentation
- Support KPI reporting, dashboard management, business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate Pricing systems and digital tools, including feedback, testing, rollouts and user adoption
- Coordinate training, onboarding and user enablement activities
- Support cross-functional initiatives, stakeholder alignment and business requirements translation
- Support process standardization, simplification, automation and digital adoption
- Manage Global Pricing communications, SharePoint environments and knowledge-sharing activities
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Sea Logistics Pricing, RFQ processes and Pricing systems
- Digital tools, SOPs and documentation, and User adoption
- Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel
- KPI reporting, Project coordination and Stakeholder management
- Analytical skills
- Business Administration / Shipping and Maritime Studies / Logistics / Project Management / Any Field
