What you'll do
- Deliver shipment and process management within agreed SLAs and quality requirements
- Pre-plan GTW trucks and groupage shipments using fixed truck planning
- Arrange drag-and-drop assignments to gateway stations and last-mile transport
- Monitor shipment statuses and verify PODs and status updates
- Communicate with truckers about PODs, status updates, and delays
- Check statuses for special transports and communicate with OCC/CCL
- Provide hypercare for new business and new customers
- Prepare delay reports and handle damage claims
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of in-scope activities
- Follow employer procedures, guidelines, quality standards, and legal requirements
