About the job
We are looking for motivated employee to join our team at the KN Branch in Ireland, within the Customs Specialist department. You will work in the Nordics Cluster Air Logistics Customs Team and serve as the central point of contact between KN Stations worldwide and our customers
How you create impact
You will be the key link between our global KN Stations and customers, ensuring seamless communication and operational excellence. By monitoring live shipments and coordinating transportation, you will guarantee on-time performance and strengthen customer trust.

Strong English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
High commitment, motivation, teamwork ability, flexibility, and strong self-organization
Open-mindedness towards new challenges
Strong ability to articulate clearly and effectively

Create performance overviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Collaborate with international teams, both internal and external

Support KN Stations in various countries
Report on milestone completeness and timeliness
Provide reason coding for milestone reporting
Monitor live shipments
Coordinate transportation to ensure on-time performance compliance
