We are now seeking to hire an Accounting & Reporting Specialist based in Athens, kallithea.

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting environment

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance, or a related field

• Excellent skills in accounting software & MS excel  

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks

• Fluency in Greek and English is essential

• Assist in the daily management of accounting functions and maintenance of accurate financial records.

• Input & monitor the booking of financial data into accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all entries as per Greek & Corporate accounting standards

• Contribute to the preparation of monthly & Ad hoc financial reports - ERP Super user

• Contribute to the implementation of Corporate & local guidelines

• Perform Monthly & Year end account reconciliations , proper support documentation

• Support statutory & tax audits by preparing the necessary documentation and addressing auditor inquiries

• Assist in tax fillings preparation

• Support MY DATA & E-invoicing projects

• Involvement in various accounting projects as per Corporate & local requirements

• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information and adhere to ethical standards in all accounting activities.
