What you'll do
- Participate in store renovation planning
- Conduct planographic compliance audits using digital tools based on merchandising principles
- Create and develop Merchandising Guidelines, Projects, and tools
- Present and train colleagues on Merchandising compliance
- Record and track trends in new ideas and solutions related to the Customer Journey
- Engage and optimize store commerciality through digital platforms
- Communicate with teams to implement commercial projects
- Prepare updates for the store network
- Manage order invoicing processes through SAP
- Communicate with suppliers of merchandising materials
Key requirements
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and digital tools
- Experience with SAP for order invoicing
- Strong organizational skills and teamwork orientation
- Goal orientation and ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical thinking and communication skills in Greek and English
- Ability to travel
