Participation in store renovation planning
Planographic compliance audit through digital tools based on our merchandising principles
Creation and further development of Merchandising Guidelines & Projects and tools
Presentation and training of colleagues in compliance with Merchandising
Recording and tracking trends in new ideas and solutions related to the Customer Journey
Engagement and optimization of stores' commerciality through digital platforms
Communication with teams for the implementation of commercial projects
Preparation of store network updates
Order invoicing processes through SAP
Communication with suppliers of merchandising materials
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Organizational skills with a high sense of teamwork
Orientation towards achieving goals
Ability to work with deadlines and responsibility
Analytical thinking and communication skills (Greek, English)
Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
Ability to travel
