💼 Your everyday work-life
Plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-company transformation projects from initiation to completion
Establish and maintain robust project governance, timelines, and reporting frameworks
Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, and success measures
Manage interdependencies across workstreams and escalate risks/issues where required
Oversee vendor and partner contributions to ensure contractual and delivery obligations are met
Adapt delivery approaches to suit project needs, working within Agile practices internally and PMP frameworks cross-group
Monitor and report progress against key milestones, KPIs, and budgets
Support change management and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of outcomes
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) preferred
Experience in consulting, PMO, or transformation programs highly desirable
Solid understanding of both Agile and PMP methodologies
Experience managing external vendors and ensuring delivery to agreed terms
