What you'll do
- Provide customers with the best possible experience daily
- Guide customers on technical questions and product installation/use instructions via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Offer technical support for technology devices including desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, tablets, and Smart TVs
- Resolve issues and requests remotely for technology devices
Key requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for technology and teamwork
- Knowledge of Computing and Printing technologies
- Familiarity with Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems
- Understanding of Internet and Networking concepts
- Proficiency in Smart TV setup and troubleshooting
- Comfortable using computers

Ως μέλος της ομάδας παρέχεις τεχνική υποστήριξη, σχετικά με συσκευές τεχνολογίας (desktops, laptops, εκτυπωτές, κινητά, tablets, Smart TVs), με στόχο την απομακρυσμένη επίλυση του εκάστοτε προβλήματος/αιτήματος
