💼 Your everyday work-life
Support 1–2 Scrum teams in reaching their full potential
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog
Track Agile metrics to support transparency and continuous improvement
Help remove team obstacles and support smooth collaboration with other teams or third parties
Promote Agile values and help teams become more self-organized and engaged
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
A strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks
Skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and time management
Strong communication and a passion for teamwork
A degree in Technology, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or Miro
Fluency in both Greek and English
