What you'll do
- Lead sourcing activities including RFIs and RFPs for Indirect Purchasing projects focusing on IT requirements
- Analyze and evaluate supplier proposals with transparent criteria ensuring documentation and compliance
- Support negotiations with suppliers to improve commercial terms, service levels, and contract conditions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and clarify requirements
- Manage and maintain supplier information and documentation while monitoring performance and addressing issues
- Support adoption and use of purchasing tools, systems, and technologies to enhance process efficiency
- Ensure accurate filing, tracking, and reporting of purchasing activities in line with governance and compliance
Key requirements
- Knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier evaluation, and purchasing policies
- Experience in Indirect Procurement and IT Purchasing
- Skills in negotiation and supplier performance monitoring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English language
- Familiarity with purchasing tools and systems and documentation and compliance
- Business Administration / Economics / Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Computer Sciencepreferred

• Lead sourcing activities, including RFIs and RFPs, for Indirect Purchasing projects across Company Directions, with a primary focus on IT-related requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate supplier proposals using transparent criteria, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal purchasing policies and approval procedures.
• Support negotiations with existing and potential suppliers to improve commercial terms, service levels and contractual conditions, contributing to the achievement of savings targets through structured sourcing and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand purchasing needs, clarify requirements and ensure the timely execution of sourcing activities.
• Manage and maintain accurate supplier information and documentation, while monitoring supplier performance and addressing issues related to quality, delivery, compliance and service levels.
• Support the effective adoption and use of purchasing tools, systems and technologies to enhance process efficiency, transparency and reporting.
• Ensure accurate filing, tracking and reporting of purchasing activities in line with internal governance, audit and compliance requirements.
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or related field will be considered an asset.
Good understanding of sourcing processes, supplier evaluation and purchasing policies.
Experience in Indirect Procurement and/or IT purchasing will be considered an asset.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
