What you'll do
- Manage promotions and commercial policies through the WCS commerce platform
- Coordinate digital campaigns across newsletters, push notifications, Netvolution, Sites, Stores, Call Center and FR
- Set up and publish banners through Adobe Experience Manager
- Execute commercial coupon and Retail Media campaigns for customers and partners
- Identify, report and support the resolution of system bugs across platforms, collaborating with relevant teams
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- E-commerce operations and WCS commerce platform
- Adobe Experience Manager and MS Office
- Digital campaign coordination
- Promotion and commercial policy management, coupon campaign execution and Retail Media campaign execution
- Bug identification and reporting
- Numerical skills, problem-solving, attention to detail and data hygiene; task and project management; English language
- Any Field
