💼 Your everyday work-life
Set up and manage personalized experiences on our eCommerce site and in-store using our Customer Data Platform
Lead feature development of our CDP platform, working closely with the external vendor to build new capabilities
Contribute to loyalty and CRM initiatives, helping shape strategies that deepen customer engagement and retention
Design and execute direct automated marketing campaigns (Viber & SMS)
Run A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize customer experiences
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization
Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog prioritization and delivery planning
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or personalization
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Insider CDP (or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping and campaign analytics
Familiarity with eCommerce personalization tools and techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
