Lead organizational design initiatives and structural validation
Govern role architecture, layering and span-of-control effectiveness
Assess structural cost implications of reorganization proposals
Own SAP SuccessFactors organizational structure integrity
Validate and control implementation of approved organizational changes
Provide structural analytics and decision support to leadership
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics or related field
5+ years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness
Proven involvement in reorganization or operating model initiatives within complex environments
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Organization & Position Management modules preferred)
Advanced analytical and workforce modelling skills
