💼 Your everyday work-life

• Responsible for Last Mile & Network in Attica & Cyprus 

• Manage a team of planners responsible for the day-to-day last mile activities

• Streamline processes and establish best practices for first mile, last mile, reverse logistics performance management

• Train, develop, monitor and evaluate using multiple methods drivers to achieve maximum productivity

• Monitor the external partner’s performance for our CY distribution operations

• Responsible for identifying opportunities and drive projects for continuous CX and Cost improvement

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Transportation, Operations, or Supply Chain

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a distribution/logistics environment

• New technologies applied in delivery operations is a plus

• Ability to think strategically with an elevated level of patience in dealing with critical situations

• Ability to develop and implement process improvement

• Strong reporting and analyzing capabilities
