💼 Your everyday work-life 

  • First level troubleshooting and support for IT issues and infrastructure

  • Prepare, inventory, and deploy end-users’ equipment (laptop/workstations), repair and replace as necessary

  • Support workplace on all areas, stores, warehouses, HQ, call center by developing and proposing innovating solutions (on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access)

  • Document hardware and software problems (building a knowledge base)

  • 2nd Line Support in Microsoft environments

  • Focus on improving customers experience in stores via high-end technologies 

 

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or a year of equivalent work experience)

  • Fluency in Greek and English language, both written & spoken

  • Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Windows and Microsoft O365 platform

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of firewalls, security, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN technology etc.)

  • Basic knowledge on Microsoft Server (Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint, etc.)

  • Be customer-oriented and have problem-solving skills 

  • Flexibility to work in shifts
