💼 Your everyday work-life

• Support the ESG Manager in tracking ESG performance, supporting KPI development and aligning with the company’s ESG masterplan

• Support the implementation and monitoring of ESG roadmaps (Circularity, Society, Climate)

• Assist in ESG compliance readiness, staying aligned with CSRD, ESRS, ISO standards and supporting internal audits

• Prepare ESG reports and summaries, communicating trends, risks and progress to internal stakeholders and contributing to the company’s CSRD disclosures

• Assist in building and maintaining ESG dashboards using Excel and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and visualization of ESG KPIs

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, Operations, Finance) and external partners to ensure ESG data integration and consistency

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• BSc in a STEM discipline such as Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations or Statistics

• MSc is considered as a plus

• Two years of experience in an ESG/Sustainability related role

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with ESG-related reporting standards (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, Greek Climate Law)
