💼 Your everyday work-life

• Participate in the planning and implementation of new distribution operations and platform deployments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing supply chain flows (B2B, B2C, B2G)

• Support routing optimization efforts using simulations and scenario testing

• Contribute to the implementation of new capabilities across platforms

• Propose improvements to enhance middle mile, last mile and Proof of Delivery systems

• Monitor and report on platform performance, cost efficiency and customer experience KPIs

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution operations

• Knowledge of route planning, GIS tools and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

• Experience in process improvement and cross-functional project participation

• Familiarity with key KPIs such as SLA, cost performance, return rates, fill rate etc.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
