What you'll do
- Manage and optimize on-site search across regional and store portals
- Define and maintain product ranking, sorting, site tree structure and facets across product listing pages
- Monitor search and merchandising KPIs, identify trends and uncover optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with search technology partners and internal Commercial, Content and IT teams on enhancements
- Pilot AI-powered search, recommendation and personalization initiatives
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Digital merchandising, on-site search optimization and search relevance optimization
- Search and merchandising platforms and eCommerce platforms
- Product information management systems and product data structures
- Excel, business intelligence tools, performance data analysis and KPI analysis
- Product ranking and sorting and facet optimization
- AI/ML concepts, recommendation and personalization
