About the job
Knauf Greece, is actively seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Plant in Thessaloniki, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and manage the maintenance team while ensuring safety in the area of responsibility.
Plan and implement the daily maintenance schedule.
Prepare and supervise maintenance activities.
Develop and execute improvement projects and plant modifications.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate related purchase orders.
Oversee, coordinate, and develop the skills and performance of the maintenance team.
Collaborate closely with the plant management team to achieve operational objectives.
Qualifications:
University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, electrical devices, and PLC programming.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of German will be considered an asset.
Strong managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
