electrical maintenance supervisor (expertised in automation)

We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Amfilochia Plant as Electrical Maintenance Supervisor with expertise in Automation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for electrical systems

• Lead a team of technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance

• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns and equipment malfunctions efficiently

• Implement preventive maintenance plans and ensure timely execution

• Manage spare parts in cooperation with spare parts Supervisor

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize machinery performance

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance in cooperation with maintenance planner

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Proven experience of 3+ years in a industrial environment

• Great knowledge of the English language.

• Good knowledge of Industrial Automation. PLC Siemens S7 Tia Portal. Familiarized with industrial protocols such us Profinet and Ethernet/IP.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
