What you will be dealing with:
Involvement in complex interventions (all types).
Realize technical expertise (deep inspection before overhauls).
Train new hired shift technicians following competency list (Skill matrix).
Technical documentation owners: electrical diagrams, PLC programs, drives program, work instructions
Execute technical studies for improvements with business cases.
Manage technical obsolescence of electrical / electronical components
Identify improvement roadmap for maintenance team
Identify improvement roadmap for assets
Measure performance – dashboard - track PDCA progress.
Maintenance plan owner.
Spare parts stock definition owner
Local SAP-PM (or equivalent) administrator
Digital leader for maintenance
