The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes within the organization. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for handling site procedures, conducting quality audits and identifying areas for improvement: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design the internal audit plan and conduct internal audits.
• Support in Indirect Supplier management.
• Management of site local procedures.
• Support and participate in site changes (Global Change Control) in EtQ.
• Support and assist in training activities. Develop Q&C training plan.
• Responsible for Quality Management Review meetings.
• Management of Quality & Compliance systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Quality or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in quality engineering or related field, within production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain accurate documentation
