What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end order processing and invoicing with accuracy and timely reporting
- Process customer orders from internal and external sources while maintaining account information
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues related to orders, deliveries, billing, products, and returns
- Coordinate returns, credits, stock discrepancy investigations, and claims with customers and 3PL providers
- Communicate proactively with customers about order status, product availability, delivery schedules, and issue resolutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and detailed logs of customer interactions
- Collaborate with commercial teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency

About the job
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for supporting all key activities of Customer Service and 3PL operations as per day-to-day requirements, around order management, invoicing process, processing of returns/credits, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate account information.:
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end order processing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to key stakeholders.
Process customer orders received from internal and external sources while maintaining customer account information in company systems.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues related to orders, deliveries, billing, products, and returns, ensuring prompt resolution.
Coordinate returns, credits, stock discrepancy investigations, and claims management, working closely with customers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, delivery schedules, delays, and issue resolution updates.
Maintain accurate documentation, shipment and return records, and detailed logs of customer interactions to support compliance and operational excellence.
Collaborate with commercial teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline service processes, and improve response efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while contributing insights and continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer service performance.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of relevant customer service experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Logistics
Fluency in Greek & English is required
Strong digital skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
