What you'll do
- Perform wellness and spa treatments according to operational standards
- Maintain guest safety in the treatment room
- Maintain conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and posture standards
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Schedule guest appointments
- Promote massage services to spa members and hotel guests
- Provide individualized bodywork treatments meeting guest needs and expectations
- Assess guest needs and screen for contraindications before services
- Maintain spa and treatment room cleanliness and appearance
- Assist with recreation and leisure operations as required
