- Prepare high-quality cocktails, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide attentive customer service to hotel guests
- Maintain product knowledge across all beverages served
- Track stock and submit orders
- Operate POS systems
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Upsell beverages and support guest satisfaction
- Organize bar operations efficiently
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Cocktail making, spirits knowledge and cocktail menu planning
- Staff training and customer service
- Coffee preparation and non-alcoholic beverage preparation
- Product knowledge and stock management
- POS systems, workstation hygiene and health and safety compliance
- Upselling, organization and English fluency
