What you'll do
- Perform direct sales and provide customer service
- Advise customers on product selection
- Maintain the boutique’s visual merchandising
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Process cash, card payments, and refunds
- Reconcile cash registers with receipts
- Restock shelves with merchandise
- Monitor sales, resolve discrepancies, and prepare sales reports
- Coordinate merchandise ordering, receipt, and returns
- Oversee stock and merchandising and conduct monthly physical inventory checks
- Maintain store security
- Keep the store tidy and clean
- Follow company guidelines and policies and procedures
Key requirements
- Direct sales, customer service, and luxury goods retail sales
- Product selection advising and visual merchandising
- Cash and card payment processing and cash register reconciliation
- Inventory techniques, stock control, and merchandise discrepancy resolution
- Sales reporting and merchandise ordering and returns
- English language fluency and MS Office
- Hospitality Managementpreferred
