What you'll do
- Welcome all guests politely and warmly
- Assist guests, colleagues, and visitors when requested
- Collect and deliver guest luggage and equipment efficiently and promptly
- Escort guests to their rooms and place luggage inside
- Build knowledge of resort and hotel facilities, services, and the local area
- Respond excellently to all requests
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- English language
- Customer service, guest assistance, and guest reception
- Luggage handling and guest escorting
- Resort and hotel facilities knowledge
- European Union driving license
- Communication skills, interpersonal skills, personal presentation, and personal hygiene
