What you'll do
- Deliver customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Manage stock levels and submit orders
- Operate POS systems, ideally Micros
- Prepare coffee with excellent coffee-making skills
- Ensure workstation cleanliness and hygiene standards

- Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and a cooperative spirit
- Communicate effectively in English

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2-year experience in a similar position in a fine dining restaurant,
Customer service mentality and guest satisfaction driven,
A complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar,
Ability to keep track of stock and submit orders,
Working knowledge of POS systems (ideally Micros),
A love for coffee and excellent coffee-making skills,
Ability to maintain workstation aligned to Hotel’s cleaning & Hygiene standards,
Ability to comply to health and safety regulations,
High levels of energy & diligence,
A keen eye for detail,
Flexibility, reliability & a spirit of cooperation,
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
