The Role
You will play a pivotal role in leading continuous improvement and transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services sectors. Owning projects end-to-end, from scoping and resourcing through to successful go-live, you will build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders. You will balance strategic insight with hands-on leadership, thrive on developing high-performing teams, and deliver measurable, lasting impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage project governance and ensure adherence to methodologies, standards, and compliance requirements.
Plan and monitor project progress, track deliverables, develop reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, risk registers, and status reports.
Facilitate resource allocation, budget tracking, and financial oversight of projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure milestones are met.
Identify risks and issues, escalate where necessary, and propose mitigation strategies.
Promote best practices in project management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure alignment between strategic business goals and the project portfolio.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in consulting, banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies PMI, PRINCE2, Agile and SCRUM frameworks.
Proficiency in project management tools MS Project, JIRA or Confluence.
Analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Fluency in English.
