We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud/DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major cloud platforms, a strong grasp of Infrastructure as Code, and a proven track record in CI/CD pipeline management. This role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based environments, as well as resolving technical incidents and implementing change requests in accordance with industry’s best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable cloud environments using platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, primarily using Terraform, to automate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources.

• Develop, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery processes.

• Knowledgeable in application modernization, containerization & use of open source products and database management.

• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to cloud infrastructure, application, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new project requirements, change requests, and the continuous improvement of cloud operations.

• Ensure cloud solutions adhere to security, compliance, and operational best practices.

• Document cloud architectures, processes, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of professional experience in cloud engineering or a related field.

• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, OCI, GCP, or AWS.

• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts, with practical experience using Terraform.

• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub.

• Able to help Development teams in application modernization.

• Kubernetes and/or Openshift.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues.

• Ability to build and configure new cloud environments based on best practices.

• Familiarity with incident management and change request processes.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred.

• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, Terraform Associate) are a plus.
