- Support network and telecommunications infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and IP telephony
- Manage virtualisation, storage, and high-availability environments such as Hyper-V, Proxmox, NAS/QNAP
- Coordinate IT vendors, procurement, assets, licenses, documentation, upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Support Supervisor to join KEBE Group and serve as the primary point of contact for the company’s IT infrastructure and daily IT operations. The successful candidate will support, maintain, and improve systems, networks, Microsoft 365, servers, cybersecurity controls, and core business applications across a modern industrial environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional with strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to manage both daily user support and more advanced infrastructure administration.
Core Responsibilities

Manage Microsoft 365 administration, including users, email, licenses, access rights, permissions, and Office applications.
Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, file and print services, Microsoft SQL Server support, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Support network and telecommunications infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and IP telephony.
Manage virtualisation, storage, and high-availability environments, including Hyper-V, Proxmox, NAS/QNAP, and related infrastructure where applicable.

What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or IT Infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, IP phones, and user support.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, access management, and permissions.
Good understanding of networking, backups, cybersecurity controls, and disaster recovery processes.
Working knowledge of virtualisation and storage solutions such as Hyper-V, Proxmox, NAS/QNAP, or similar technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills, accountability, autonomy, and clear communication with technical and non-technical users.
