We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Support Engineer to join our high-performing team. If you are a passionate and customer-focused individual, motivated to learn and grow as a professional we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customers in selecting industrial electrical materials related to power, motion, sensors and automation, based on application requirements
Emphasis will be placed on providing advanced support for automation and motion applications, including the wiring and configuration of equipment
Prepare material selections and technical documentation for projects and tenders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
Willingness to specialize in industrial products and their applications. High-level training will be provided in this specific area. Existing knowledge in PLCs, variable speed drives, servo drives and instrumentation will be considered an asset
Very good command of the English language (both written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Commercial mindset with a methodical and strategic approach
Team spirit and strong collaboration skills
