What you'll do
- Lead business requirements gathering and validation across wholesale and retail.
- Define, standardize, and govern KPIs, metrics, and business rules.
- Approve functional and technical specifications and perform UAT sign-off.
- Align the BI and reporting roadmap with business priorities and IT capabilities.
- Coordinate and oversee vendors delivering BI, EDW, ETL, and reporting solutions.
- Ensure compliance with BI architecture, data models, standards, and naming conventions.
- Oversee EDW medallion architecture and semantic layers.
- Supervise ETL/ELT logic, data lineage, transformations, and data quality controls.
- Perform SQL Server validations, reconciliations, and root cause analysis.
- Review Power BI semantic models, DAX calculations, KPI definitions, security models, and reporting standards.
- Establish acceptance criteria and manage change requests, risks, and delivery quality.
- Mentor BI analysts and strengthen internal BI ownership and documentation.
