- Manage customer orders through omnichannel systems
- Coordinate and manage internal stock transfers between stores
- Collaborate regularly with Distribution Center, Customer Care, and Sales departments
- Ensure accuracy and timely execution of all orders

Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα έχει την ευθύνη για τη διαχείριση παραγγελιών πελατών μέσω omnichannel καναλιών, καθώς και για τον συντονισμό ενδοδιακινήσεων και αναπληρώσεων μεταξύ καταστημάτων. Η θέση απαιτεί συνεργασία με τα τμήματα του Κέντρου Διανομής, το Customer Care και τις Πωλήσεις, διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια και την έγκαιρη εκτέλεση των παραγγελιών.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Διαχείριση παραγγελιών πελατών μέσω πολυκαναλικών συστημάτων (omnichannel)
Συντονισμός και διαχείριση ενδοδιακινήσεων μεταξύ καταστημάτων, τόσο για αναπλήρωση αποθεμάτων όσο και για λοιπές λειτουργικές ανάγκες
Συνεργασία και τακτική επικοινωνία με τα τμήματα του Κέντρου Διανομής, Customer Care και Πωλήσεων
Διασφάλιση της ακρίβειας και της έγκαιρης εκτέλεσης του συνόλου των παραγγελιών
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα :
Εξοικείωση με τη διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών με έμφαση στην ακρίβεια και την έγκαιρη εκτέλεση
Εμπειρία και γνώση στη λειτουργία Κέντρου Διανομής, με έμφαση στην αποτελεσματική διαχείριση ροής εργασιών
Πάθος για την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση παραγγελιών με στόχο την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
Καλή γνώση Η/Υ και εμπειρία σε συστήματα ERP ή WMS (θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν)
Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
