- Enter and maintain product codes in SAP
- Digitize master, logistics and image data through PIM
- Enrich technical specifications using ETIM Classification
- Monitor processes and systems to ensure proper operation
- Propose solutions to improve system performance and customer service
- Prepare reports on departmental work effectiveness and performance
- Read and analyze KPIs
- Communicate and collaborate with company departments and suppliers
