Ο ρόλος:
Το άτομο που θα αναλάβει τη θέση θα έχει ενεργό συμμετοχή στον φωτιστικό σχεδιασμό επιλεγμένων έργων, ενώ παράλληλα θα είναι υπεύθυνο για τον συντονισμό, την ποιοτική εποπτεία και την υποστήριξη της ομάδας.
Στόχος του ρόλου είναι η διασφάλιση υψηλής ποιότητας φωτιστικών μελετών, η αποτελεσματική κατανομή των έργων, η τήρηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και η ομαλή μετάβαση από το design στην προσφορά και την παραγγελία.
Κύριες Aρμοδιότητες:
Εκπόνηση φωτιστικών μελετών και ανάπτυξη lighting concepts
Κατανομή και παρακολούθηση των έργων της ομάδας
Ποιοτικός έλεγχος μελετών και διασφάλιση τήρησης χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
Συνεργασία με Account Managers, Consultants και τις εμπλεκόμενες ομάδες
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Πτυχίο σε Αρχιτεκτονική, Interior Design, Ηλεκτρολογία, Lighting Design ή συναφή κλάδο
Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε lighting design ή architectural lighting projects
Πολύ καλή γνώση AutoCAD και Dialux
Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών έργων, προτεραιοτήτων και χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών, σε γραπτό και προφορικό επίπεδο
Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, συντονισμού και λήψης αποφάσεων
Επαγγελματισμός, συνέπεια και υψηλή προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:
Προϋπηρεσία σε συντονισμό ή εποπτεία ομάδας design
Εξοικείωση με mentoring ή coaching junior μελών
Συμμετοχή σε site visits και συνεργασία με αρχιτεκτονικά γραφεία, μελετητές ή contractors
Γνώση σύγχρονων lighting technologies και decorative lighting solutions
Εξοικείωση με project workflow management και design governance
Καλή κατανόηση της συνεργασίας μεταξύ Account Managers και Presales ομάδων
Κατανόηση του customer journey σε lighting και design projects
