Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise in PLCs, HMI and SCADA systems
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Account Managers and Technical Support Engineers to provide the optimal automation solutions for our customers
Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies
Develop and conduct training programs for operators and maintenance staff on the proper use and maintenance of automation systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in industrial automation (+4 years)
In-depth knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, HMI interfaces, and other automation technologies
Experience with Schneider PLCs would be a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Strong problem-solving skills
Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously would be a plus
