What you'll do
- Supervise daily distribution operations and route execution
- Ensure orders meet agreed service levels and delivery time windows
- Coordinate route planners to support effective route planning and execution
- Optimize use of the owned fleet and coordinate external partners for deliveries
- Track distribution performance through KPIs
- Manage operational issues, delays, and route changes, coordinating resolution with relevant departments
- Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and commercial teams to maintain smooth order flow to distribution
- Analyze data and propose improvements to optimize distribution and reduce transport costs
- Evaluate external partners and participate in distribution network redesign projects
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Distribution operations supervision, route coordination, route planning software, and WorkForce TELENAVIS
- Fleet management and external partner management
- Team management and operational issue management
- KPIs and service levels
- ERP / TMS systems, SAP, and MS Office
- Data analysis and multitasking and priority management
- Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Any Field
