Your contribution to the energy transition

As our Tax Manager, you will be mainly responsible for overseeing all tax-related matters of the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, and implementing effective tax strategies.

You can look forward to the following tasks; 

Tax

• Preparation and submission of all tax declarations (VAT, VIES, withholding taxes, Income Tax, advertising fee, SRET, IC trademark, interest, dividends).

• Prepare and submit tax returns.

• In charge for MyData in ERP and submission on time and accurately in the tax authorities.

• Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with Greek GAAP’s using local accounting software.

• Provide support on transfer pricing and intercompany transactions.

• Follow up construction service labour topics.

• Manage tax audits and on time delivery of requested documents.

• Liaise with external tax consultants and auditors.

• Reply to internal and external customers' requests on time and correctly.

• Perform procedures regarding contracts management (proper filing, record in excel file, submit to tax authorities).

• Rental agreements submitted to tax authorities.

• Ensure full compliance with Greek tax legislation (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Property Tax, etc.).

• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the company and its subsidiaries.

• Advise internal stakeholders on tax implications of business operations and contracts.

• Participation in ad hoc tasks/projects of accounts department.

Other 

• National and international travel may be required in line with business requirements. 

• In addition to the duties mentioned above, the job holder is required to carry out other duties that are part of the respective area of activity, according to knowledge and abilities.

You impress us with these qualifications:

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance. Further relevant studies at a post-graduate level will be considered a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience.

• A class signature.

• In-depth knowledge of Greek tax regulations and international tax practices.

• Working experience within the Construction industry is desired.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and in English.

• Strong drive & true team spirit.

• Demonstrated ability to work in matrix organizations, to operate and to navigate in a multinational environment.
