Your contribution to the energy transition
As our SCADA Engineer (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the SCADA requirements of PV systems (ground-mounted).
You can look forward to the following tasks;
- Responsible for all technical inquiries relating to SCADA and monitoring systems.
- Specify the SCADA and power plant control systems (PPC) for our PV plants.
- Provide technical support during the development, planning and execution phases.
- Create bills of quantities, parts lists, and technical plans (including circuit diagrams and communication diagrams).
- Support the implementation and commissioning of the SCADA system (software and hardware) and the associated components on site.
- Coordinate the technical work packages with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Evaluate offers and find cost-efficient solutions.
- Ensure that the relevant standards and customary market quality standards are complied with during planning and implementation.
Your energy is required
You impress us with these qualifications:
- Qualification with a focus on industrial control systems or SCADA technology
- Several years of experience in planning and commissioning in the field of SCADA and system control.
- Experience with PLCs, HMI, weather station and communication protocols
- Experience with network systems, VPN and network interfaces
- Knowledge of the relevant IEC standards and regulations
- Very good written and spoken English and knowledge of German desirable at B1 level
- Willingness to undertake regular international business trips
