What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and testing on PV and electrical systems
- Respond to alarms, investigate faults, and coordinate corrective actions, restoration and escalation
- Perform electrical testing and return-to-service checks within your competence and authorization
- Conduct authorized MV switching, isolation, LOTO and permit-to-work activities
- Analyze recurring faults, inverter underperformance, communication failures and protection events
- Coordinate and supervise site services, subcontractors and OEM service teams
- Support permitted mechanical activities under the direction of a competent Mechanical Engineer
- Support spare-parts and warranty claims, and maintain work orders, records, reports and documentation
- Ensure HSE, permit-to-work and LOTO compliance and provide on-call operational support across the cluster
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- MV switching authorization and LOTO
- PV electrical systems, inverters and protection relays
- SCADA and electrical testing
- Root-cause analysis and technical drawing interpretation
- OEM manuals and procedures
- MS Office, digital maintenance systems, and work order and technical reporting
- Driving
- Electrical Engineering
