What you'll do
- Execute creative software solutions with design, development, and troubleshooting beyond conventional approaches
- Develop secure high-quality production code and review/debug others' code
- Define and implement framework architecture for test authoring, orchestration, environment management, execution, and reporting
- Integrate test frameworks into continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Partner with teams to onboard services, define test contracts, and improve testability
- Identify and automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability
- Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and operate scalable execution infrastructure for parallel and reliable test runs
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Risk teams for safe handling of test data and compliance with security/resiliency standards
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes
- Apply knowledge of SDLC toolchain and AI-assisted automation tools to improve automation value
Key requirements
- Proficiency in Python and software development life cycle
- Experience with agile methodologies including continuous integration and delivery
- Hands-on use of AI-assisted software development tools and secure coding practices
- Experience with test automation frameworks, test orchestration, and functional testing
- Skills in debugging and collaborative software development
- Knowledge of test data management, service virtualization, infrastructure-as-code, and microservices performance tuning
