What you'll do
- Greet customers warmly and provide consistently excellent service
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed targets
- Offer product alternatives and add-on sales opportunities
- Maintain shop-floor and merchandise display standards
- Keep stock clean, presentable, and replenished
- Ensure the full-size product range is available on the shop floor where possible
- Cover for colleagues, work across departments, and perform other required duties
- Represent the company professionally at all times
