What you'll do
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their store visit.
- Achieve sales targets and exceed them where possible.
- Offer product alternatives and drive add-on sales.
- Maintain shop-floor standards, displays, and merchandise presentation.
- Keep stock clean and presentable.
- Replenish stock and maintain full-size ranges on the shop floor where possible.
- Cover for colleagues, work across departments, and complete other required duties.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
