What you'll do
- Greet customers warmly and provide the best possible service in store
- Drive sales and achieve or exceed sales targets
- Offer product alternatives and additional sales opportunities
- Maintain shop-floor standards, displays and merchandise
- Keep stock clean and presentable
- Replenish stock and maintain a full size range on the shop floor
- Deputise for colleagues, work across departments and complete other required duties
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Key requirements
- Customer service and communication skills
- Sales, upselling and sales target achievement
- Visual merchandising, product presentation and stock replenishment
- Retail operations
- Teamwork
- Sports and fashion knowledge, with a willingness to learn and develop
