What you'll do
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their store visit.
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed targets where possible.
- Recommend alternatives and make add-on sales at every opportunity.
- Maintain shop-floor standards, displays, and merchandise presentation.
- Keep stock clean and presentable at all times.
- Replenish stock and maintain full size ranges on the shop floor where possible.
- Cover for colleagues, work across departments, and complete other required duties.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
