What you'll do
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their store visit
- Drive sales, achieve targets, and offer alternatives or additional products
- Maintain shop-floor standards, displays, and merchandise presentation
- Keep stock clean, presentable, and fully replenished where possible
- Support other staff, work across departments, and complete additional duties as required
- Represent the company professionally at all times
