What you'll do
- Greet customers warmly and provide the best possible service in the store
- Drive sales and achieve or exceed sales targets
- Offer product alternatives and add-on sales opportunities
- Maintain shop-floor standards, displays, and merchandise presentation
- Keep stock clean, presentable, and replenished with full size ranges where possible
- Cover for colleagues, work across departments, and complete other required duties
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Key requirements
- Customer service, sales, and sales target achievement
- Add-on sales and communication skills
- Sports and fashion knowledge or passion
- Visual merchandising and stock replenishment
- Teamwork and professional representation
- Willingness to learn and develop
