What you'll do
- Maintain the store image at all times
- Attract and motivate customers through advanced visual merchandising techniques
- Adapt displays to sales results to improve commercial performance and profitability
- Assess customer profiles, product potential and competitors’ commercial strategies
- Train the team on product merchandising guidelines and techniques
- Suggest solutions for out-of-stock garments
- Report regularly to in-store management and support specific store duties
- Communicate visual merchandising feedback to the area Visual Merchandiser
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Visual merchandising, window displays, in-store displays and space utilisation
- Product placement and visual merchandising techniques
- Commercial awareness, sales analysis and competitor analysis
- Team training
- Store profitability optimization
- Customer service, English language proficiency and MS Office
